All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed via phone, email or in-store.
All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on customer account arrangements.

For account customers, payment is required in accordance with agreed trading terms.
For non-account customers, payment may be required prior to dispatch.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coolas Cleaning Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products supplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
