Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery Information
We provide delivery services across Bendigo and Central Victoria.
Bendigo Area
Orders received before 11:00am are delivered the same day between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Scheduled Regional Delivery
Castlemaine, Kyneton, Woodend & Gisborne — First Tuesday of each month
Goornong, Elmore, Rochester, Echuca, Toolleen & Axedale — Second and Fourth Tuesday each month
For customers outside these areas, we use trusted freight providers.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and external freight services.
2. Risk and Title
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
3. Returns
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Opened or used chemical products (unless faulty)
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
Photographs
Batch or product details
Proof of purchase
5. Special Orders
Products ordered specifically at a customer’s request may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
6. Equipment Returns
Equipment and machinery returns are subject to inspection and may incur restocking fees.
